Buyer and company will pay reasonable attorney fees to the Warren County Agricultural Society related to any breach of this agreement.
Any past breach of this agreement or outstanding payments owed to WCAS will be grounds for denial of buyer registration.

All individual buyer payments are due by the end of the action by cash, check or credit card. If your company needs to be invoiced, please make prior arrangements.
Note: Bidder/ agent (billing contact) is the party responsible for the payment.
