Warren County Junior Fair Sale Committee is seeking proposals of interest for anyone interested in managing and clerking the 2025 Junior Fair Sale.
Requirements:
· Manage livestock auction software, FairEntry, before, during and after the fair.
· Provide at least 5-6 personnel for auction days to enter/confirm buyer registration, answer questions, set up required technology, record bids, and collect payments.
· Provide a project manager who is available on site throughout the week and each auction day
· Create the sale bills. All copies must be available for buyer pick up 2 hours ahead of time
· Generate required reports following each sale in a timely manner
· Ensure accuracy of all data following the sales including buyer’s information, buyer purchases and packer destinations
· Complete and distribute first round of buyer statements within one week following the end of the fair
The deadline to submit a proposal of interest to officemanager@warrencountyfairohio.org is December 31st. You will be expected to present a proposal to the Sale Committee January 16th. The Warren County Junior Fair Livestock Sale Committee will reach out following January 16th for additional steps.
